Pakistan Team Celebrates 3-0 T20I Series Win Over Bangladesh – Post-Match Photo
After hosting Bangladesh for a dominant 3-0 T20I series win at home, Pakistan is set to return the favour with a tour of Bangladesh next month. The three-match T20I series is scheduled to begin on July 20, with subsequent games expected on July 22 and July 24, though venue details are yet to be confirmed.
The tour was officially confirmed by Pakistan’s T20I captain, Salman Ali Agha, and comes at a crucial time for both teams as they prepare for a packed international calendar, including the lead-up to the 2026 ICC T20 World Cup.
Pakistan enters the series with momentum, having outplayed Bangladesh in all departments during their recent home series. However, playing in Bangladesh presents a different challenge. The slower, spin-friendly tracks will test Pakistan’s young squad, especially in conditions where the hosts have historically been much stronger.
For Bangladesh, the home series is a chance to bounce back and reassert their T20 strength. With familiar conditions and home support, they’ll be eager to turn the tables on Pakistan and fine-tune their combinations.
Following this series, Pakistan is set to travel to the West Indies for another white-ball series featuring three T20Is and three ODIs, starting July 31. This sequence of back-to-back away tours is being viewed as an important phase in Pakistan’s white-ball build-up, offering coach Mike Hesson a chance to solidify his core squad.
With plenty at stake and conditions in focus, the Pakistan-Bangladesh T20Is promise to be a keenly watched contest in the months leading up to major global tournaments.
